Protein-protein interaction prediction server released
9th May 2008

The PIPS server presents predictions of protein-protein interactions for all human proteins performed by the method of Scott and Barton (2007) and allows for interaction networks to be built and browsed. The evidence for each interaction prediction is easily visible in tabular format and links are provided out to other interaction resources such as HPRD. See www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/www-pips.
